Place all the products you need on the list. Unwrap the crab sticks and place on the board. Prepare the utensils you will use. Set the eggs to boil.
Grate peeled chicken eggs and crab sticks on a coarse grater or grind them in a blender bowl. Grate the hard cream cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill.
Carefully remove the pita bread from the packaging and unfold the sheet, then spread evenly with delicate soft cream cheese. Top with chopped dill. Then add grated hard cheese and then a layer of grated boiled eggs. Then sprinkle with grated crab sticks or crab meat in an even layer.
Very carefully roll the stuffed pita bread into a very tight roll.
Wrap the pita roll and filling in cling film and place in a cool place for 1 hour to cool and soak completely.
Then remove the finished roll from the refrigerator and cut it into portions using a sharp knife. Serve beautifully on the prepared platter.
Serve the finished roll with finely chopped herbs.
