Prepare the ingredients required from the list in the recommended quantities. Wash the chicken liver thoroughly with water, remove the film and any existing fat from it, and place in a colander to get rid of excess moisture. Peel the garlic, rinse with water to remove debris and dirt.
Take a chicken egg, crack it into a plate and beat it lightly with a whisk. Add finely chopped garlic cloves, mayonnaise and water to the egg mixture and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Cut the prepared liver into small pieces, place it in the egg-mayonnaise mixture and mix thoroughly to soak each piece of liver.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, place it on the stove and, as it heats up, place the liver from the plate into the frying pan with oil. Add salt and pepper to the liver, stir the mass and fry over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes until moisture is removed.
After the time has passed, transfer the liver from the frying pan to the pan, pour the remaining marinade into the dish and simmer the dish under the lid over low heat for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
Serve hot chicken liver stewed in garlic dressing, garnishing the dish with finely chopped herbs and adding a side dish to taste.
