Place the required ingredients on the table by weight and volume. Prepare the dishes in which to mix the products.
Beat cottage cheese, sugar and soft butter in a blender until smooth. Divide the mass into two equal parts. Add 50 g of melted chocolate and cocoa powder to one part. Stir.
Place cookies in three rows on cling film. Spread the white curd mixture over it and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
Place the chocolate mixture in the middle. Then, using film, lift the outer rows of cookies, forming sides. Cover the top with the remaining cookies. Roll it into a tight block and place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Prepare chocolate frosting according to package directions. Pour it over the dessert and sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
Cut the dessert into portions. Serve with tea or coffee. Garnish with a sprig of mint, fresh berries or sliced seasonal fruit.
