Rinse the chicken fillet, remove the skin and veins. Also rinse the quince, dry it, and remove the core and seeds. After this, cut the ingredients into small pieces. Rinse the onion, peel and finely chop. For serving, rinse and chop the dill. Also take a frying pan and a wooden spatula.
Prepare the quince. Pour 50 ml of water into the frying pan and place it on low heat. Add chopped quince. Simmer the fruit covered for about 5 minutes. After this, add the onion to the quince and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Finish cooking. When the quince becomes soft, add chicken breast to it, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well using a wooden spatula. Simmer the dish covered for 5-10 minutes. Finally, pour the yogurt into the pan and leave the dish on the stove to simmer for another couple of minutes.
Serve the aromatic dish in small plates. And to make the quince with chicken breast look more beautiful, sprinkle it with chopped dill.
