Prepare the necessary products and place them conveniently on your desktop. Cool the cream well. Wash and slice the pear to serve. Prepare a mixer, a freezer container and bowls.
Prepare gelatin. Place gelatin in a small bowl and add water according to package instructions. Stir and leave for 7-10 minutes to swell. Then melt the gelatin mass and cool until slightly warm.
Prepare the creamy milk base. Beat the cream with a mixer at low speed for 2 minutes. Then add condensed milk portionwise and continue whisking at medium speed. Beat for 7 minutes.
Add gelatin to the base. Without ceasing to work with the mixer, gradually add gelatin to the mixture, beat until thick sour cream forms for about 3-4 minutes.
Finish preparing the ice cream. Transfer the mixture into a container, smooth it out and place it in the freezer to harden for approximately 10-12 hours.
Before serving, let the ice cream stand for a few minutes at room temperature, then place it in bowls and garnish with pear slices.
