Oatmeal is a healthy, filling and tasty breakfast. It can be boiled in water, but we suggest using a little cow's milk and adding fruits, berries and honey.
Pour water into a deep pan with a non-stick bottom and boil. Add cereal and sugar and salt. Cook until almost done. When the porridge starts to boil, start adding milk, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer covered until done.
Serve the porridge hot. Add a piece of butter, jam, honey with berries or nuts.
