Steps:


  1. Grate the carrots, simply peel one onion and cut the second into cubes. Cut the meat into pieces.

  2. Place a whole onion and parsnip root in 900 ml of water, add salt and cook the broth.

  3. Fry the meat in a hot frying pan. When a golden crust appears on the meat, add onions and carrots and mix well. Simmer until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Pour 350 ml of water into the frying pan, add salt and pepper. Simmer until the meat is done.

  5. Whisk the egg and herbs in a bowl. Add a beaten egg with herbs and stewed meat with vegetables to the prepared oatmeal.

  6. Turn off the heat, mix the oatmeal and meat well, cover with a lid and leave until cool.

  7. The finished dish goes well with fresh vegetables or vegetable salad.
