Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the peaches and cut into slices.
Thoroughly grind the cottage cheese with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add sour cream and eggs to the cottage cheese, using a blender, grind everything until smooth.
Pour semolina into the curd mass, stir and leave for 15 minutes for the semolina to swell.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the curd dough into the mold and place the prepared peach slices on top.
Bake the cottage cheese casserole in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Serve the casserole warm, cut into portions, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Cottage cheese casserole can be served with sour cream, any jam or fresh berries.
