Steps:


  1. Rinse the pear. Cut the banana into thin rings, the pear into small pieces.

  2. Place cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add sugar, beat in eggs. Mix thoroughly with a mixer or whisk. Add sour cream, add semolina. Stir. Place the fruit, mix, place in a microwave dish, smooth.

  3. Spread sour cream on top of the casserole. Place the dish in the microwave. Turn on the power 700-800 W, time – 10-13 minutes. Cook until the casserole is golden brown.

  4. Serve the casserole chilled on individual plates with a hot drink. You can serve the sour cream separately instead of spreading it on top.
