Meat soufflé is a combination of tender meat with cream, milk and eggs. You can supplement the mixture with vegetables, seasonings and herbs. The soufflé turns out airy and very tasty. Serve it with vegetable salad.
Cut the meat into pieces. Grease a baking dish with oil.
Boil the meat. Place in a blender bowl and grind. Add milk, cream, yolks during the process. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat the whites until foamy and gently mix with the meat mixture, moving the spatula from bottom to top. Transfer the mixture into a mold and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
Sprinkle the meat soufflé with herbs and serve with vegetables.
