Prepare and measure all the necessary ingredients.
Wash and clean the fish. Cut into steaks.
Rub the steaks with fish spices and salt. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender. For 2 cups of rice, take 4 cups of water.
Place the marinated steaks in one place on the side and top with the vegetable mixture. Bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes under foil.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve this dish with a light salad. Be sure to pour lemon juice over the fish.
