Prepare all ingredients. Place a saucepan filled with 1-1.5 liters of water over high heat until the water in the saucepan boils.
Take a small bowl, spread a film or bag in it, grease the film with oil. Break the egg into a small bowl and add salt.
Tie the film with the egg, place it in a pan of boiling water, reducing the heat to low. Wait 5 minutes and remove the eggs from the pan. Remove the film from the eggs and wipe with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
You can serve it however you like; personally, I serve it without unnecessary details. You can garnish with herbs and serve with fresh vegetables and toast or bacon.
