Remove the yogurt from the refrigerator and leave for a while to warm to room temperature. Wash and peel the bananas, cut half of one banana into slices for decoration. Warm the milk to a temperature of 35-37 degrees. Wash and steam or bake small yogurt jars with lids.
Prepare ingredients for yogurt. Break the peeled bananas into a dry bowl. Using a blender, puree the contents. Add yogurt to the finished mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour warm milk into the ingredients and mix well again.
Distribute the mixture among the jars. Pour the resulting banana mixture into clean jars. Place a cloth napkin on the bottom of the multicooker. Arrange the filled jars and close the lids. Fill the multicooker bowl with water so that it does not reach the lids.
Leave the yogurt to cook. Close the multicooker and set the “Keep Warm” mode for 15 minutes, then leave the yogurt for 1 hour. Then repeat the procedure two more times. After the third heating, leave the jars for 2-3 hours in the turned off multicooker. When time has passed, remove the yogurt and, without opening the lids, put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Ready-made yogurt can be served directly in jars or, if desired, transferred to a beautiful saucer. You can decorate the product with chopped banana pieces.
