Prepare all the ingredients. Break the eggs, separate the whites from the yolk.
Cut the salmon into pieces, then grind the fish in a blender to a puree consistency. Pour the whites into a separate container, add a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer until light foam. Then add cream and beat everything again. Add salmon puree to the creamy protein mixture and mix everything until smooth.
Take baking molds, grease them with a small amount of vegetable oil and place the resulting mixture. Place the molds with the mixture in the oven and bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish the dish with grated cheese. This will make it even tastier.
