Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly with cold water and place on a paper towel to dry. Wash the lentils with cold water and soak them for half an hour.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces about 4 cm. This is the optimal size: the meat will marinate well and remain juicy during cooking. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Leave for 10 minutes to marinate.
Rinse the prepared lentils again and fill with cold water in a ratio of 1:2. Place the pan on the fire, bring to a boil, remove the noise from the surface. Reduce heat, cover with a lid. Cook at a gentle simmer until done. Depending on the type and size of lentils, this takes 20-30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over heat, pour in sunflower oil. When the oil is hot, place the prepared chicken in the pan. After a few minutes, add sesame oil. And at the very end of frying, add sesame seeds. Fry the meat until cooked, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.
Serve chicken and lentils as a separate hot dish, placing the meat on a bed of side dishes. Garnish the dish to your liking: fresh dill, parsley. When serving in portions, arrange each plate in the same way.
