Sift the flour through a sieve.
Beat sour cream and sugar with a mixer until bubbles form. Then add baking soda and flour and knead the dough until it becomes thick and no longer sticks to your hands.
Roll out the dough thinly on a special silicone mat in the form of a circle and squeeze out the cookies using special molds or a glass. Then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 ℃.
Serve the cookies slightly cooled, sprinkled with powdered sugar if desired, with tea or coffee.
