Sprats
SPLs-canned fish that are prepared from fresh or frozen small fish 7-12 cm long. The word "sprats" is translated from German as "small fish". It can be the Baltic Salak, the Baltic and Caspian sprats, the White Sea and Atlantic herring, Hams. The carcasses are smoked in a hot way: on alder dry wood, chips and sawdust, this gives the product a characteristic recognizable aroma.
