Check all required ingredients and work surface. Wash the vegetables and dry with a paper towel.
Place clean and dry jars and lids in a cold oven, turn on the oven to preheat to 120 ⁰C and turn it off after 13-15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
Place tomatoes and garlic in blender jug. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Grind the vegetables with a blender.
Place the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Then cook the tomatoes for 35-40 minutes. Divide the dressing into portioned jars and let it brew for 1 day in a cool, dark place. Bon appetit!
