Place 150 grams of cookies in a plastic bag and roll out with a rolling pin to uniform fine crumbs.
In a deep bowl, mix cookies with soft butter.
Gradually add condensed milk. Knead the sweet dough.
Add cinnamon and knead the dough until the chocolate mass is smooth.
Use your hands to break up the remaining cookies and drop large pieces into the dough.
Place the finished chocolate mass on cling film.
Form into a sausage. Place the finished sausage in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Using a sharp knife, cut the finished sausage, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
Give the chocolate mass an interesting shape. Line any baking or cookie pan, such as a star shape, with cling film. When the mixture has hardened, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and decorate with nuts.
