Steps:


  1. Wash the mackerel, remove the entrails, cut off the heads and tails. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon onto the fish carcasses, season with salt and pepper. Leave the fish to marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

  2. Chop the dill and place tightly in the belly of each fish. Make vertical cuts in the fish. Place a piece of tomato in each cut.

  3. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Place the mackerel on foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.

  4. Serve mackerel with boiled potatoes and a salad of celery and boiled beets.
