Rinse the breasts well and dry. Peel the garlic cloves.
Make slanting cuts on both sides of the fillet, not reaching the middle with the blade. Set the meat aside and start making the sauce.
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste to sour cream sauce, mix well.
Brush the breasts evenly with the sour cream and garlic sauce. Wrap each individually in cling film and place in the refrigerator for a day.
After a day, unwrap and remove the film. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the breasts. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
Serve the dish with any side dish. The dish can be served with any sauce. The dish will look especially bright if served with fresh sliced vegetables.
