Apple jam
Years' downshole is a thick homogeneous sweet mass obtained by boiling apple puree with sugar. The word “jam” is borrowed from Polish (Powidla), and in it related languages, in turn, was formed from the Pre -Slavic verb viti - “weave, twist”. Apple jam is most often used as a filling for pies, pies, rolls, croissants, cookies and other baking.
