Grana Padano
The Padano is a hard Italian cheese made of cow's milk, produced only in the Padan plain from Piedmont to Veneto. The name unites the texture of the cheese (Granaan to the Italian "grain"), and the place of "birth" - for the first time it was received in the area by the Poe River.
