Paste Fetuchini
Past Fetuchini (from the Italian Fettuccia - “ribbon”) - a traditional Italian pasta. It belongs to the type of long pasta, but, unlike spaghetti with a round cross section and the finest chaplain, fetchini, like Taglutella, these are flat strips of dough, just fetchini wider. The paste includes mandatory flour from hard varieties of wheat and chicken eggs for Italy.
