Burrata
Burrat (Italian Burrata, from ital. “Burro” - “butter”) - soft Italian cheese from cow or buffalon milk. In the process of manufacturing, the cheese-hungry mass is tied in bags from Mozarella and immersed in the brine. In the original method of production, the cheese after salting was wrapped in green leaves of the Mediterranean plant Aspelus.
