Dried mushrooms
Dried mushrooms are a popular workpiece for the winter, which is obtained by drying fresh mushrooms. Usually use white mushrooms, chanterelles and boletus. Philologists argue that the word "mushroom" appeared in the XV - XVI centuries from the "hump", "humpbacked", and before that the mushrooms called the "lips".
