Kapustu coaled - a fermented vegetable product, which is obtained by exposure to lactic acid bacteria on white cabbage. Prepared with salt and carrots, optionally includes dill, cranberries, beets, onions. In Germany, it is known under the name Sauerkraut (“sauurcraut”, acidic cabbage), in Korea-kimchkhi (kimchi, chimchhi, chimchha, chim-chai).
