Cannelloni
Cannelloni (Italian. Cannelloni) - pasta of hard -wraps of wheat, layers of dried dough, which need to be turned into tubes (diameter about 2 centimeters, length - 10 centimeters). There is another variety - Manikotti (Ital. Manikotti). Its difference is that these are already finished tubes, while the original Cannelloni must be curtailed during cooking.
