Dasha's broth
Dashi broth is the basis of many Japanese dishes. The most popular species of Dasha are prepared from dried ingredients: tuna flakes, small sardines, algae of the combination, and shiitake mushrooms. Mis-SUP and other soups, as well as a variety of sauces, are prepared from the broth. It boils or extinguish fish, vegetables, meat, seafood in it.
