Halva
Halva is eastern sweetness. It is prepared from fried and lost seeds of sunflower, sesame seeds, nuclei of nuts, peanuts mixed with whipped caramel mass. The name of the product is formed from the Arabic "free" - "sweet". The dessert is served to tea, added to the filling for cakes and waffle, in ice cream and coffee. Halva contains vitamins and trace elements necessary for the human body.
