Fish minced meat
Red minced meat is a semi -finished product made of ground fish pulp, without bones, heads, insides and fins. In the XVII century, fish minced fish was called “tel”, that is, fish prepared from the body, but later they began to use the word “minced meat”. The product is made from chilled carcasses at least the first grade. Cutlets, meatballs, sauces, stuffing for plumplings and pastries, stuffed peppers and tomatoes are prepared from fish minced meat. The minced meat is rich in protein, vitamins, amino acids and other beneficial substances.
