Smoked-boiled beef
Smoked-boiled beef-a product of cow or bull meat, ready for consumption. It is made from the file part of the carcass: first, the meat is boiled, then processed with smoke, salt and spices are added. Smoke-brewed beef is added to salads, honeycombs, served on slices of fresh bread and in the form of a cut. It is combined with salted cucumbers, potatoes, cauliflower.
