Vetshchina Perewatto
Vetshchina is heard - an Italian delicacy, dried pork ham, grated by salt. The word "General" (Ital. Prosciutto) came from the Latin phrase, which translates as "previously dehydrated", and the word "ham" having Slavic roots, comes from the adjective "dilapidated". Initially, the so -called meat prepared for long -term storage was called. Each Italian region has its own recipe for preparing pasto.
