Beshamel sauce
Souns Behamul - a gravy prepared from milk, flour and oil. Sometimes eggs are included in the composition. This sauce is used as an addition to many dishes of European cuisine (meat, fish, pasta, including lasagnia) and as a base for creating other sauces. The name "Bechamel" (French beachamel) comes from the surname of the Marquis Louis de Behamel - the court Louis XIV, to whom the cook dedicated his recipe.
