Hiccup cream
Cream cream is a pasty product made of natural caviar or its imitation. It is eaten with bread, served in the form of a snack, used as a basis for sauces. In Greece, Turkey and Arab countries, hiccup cream (Tarama) was traditionally prepared from fish caviar with the addition of salt, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Modern analogues may contain mayonnaise, algae and other additives.
