Riga bread
Riga bread is a bakery product of a oblong-oval shape. It is prepared from a mixture of rye and wheat flour with the addition of rye non -fermented malt, caraway seeds, molasses, salt and yeast. It takes up to 72 hours to cook bread, because it is made in 3-4 stages. Riga bread is loved for a pleasant, slightly sweet taste, nutrition and beneficial properties.
