Avocado oil
Avokado was in a vegetable product with a slight nut taste, which is used in the preparation of various dishes. The pulp of mature fruits is cleaned of the skin and seeds, squeezed under the influence of temperature. In a centrifuge, the oil is separated from the peaks and poured into stainless steel containers. The name of the fetus comes from Aztec Ahuácatl and translates as “forest oil”.
