Corn bread
Corn bread is a traditional dish in the USA, Central America, Spain, Portugal and in the countries of the Balkan Peninsula. In the New World, recipes allow the use of stuffing from chili, whole grains of corn, halapeno, cheese. In the southern states of the United States, corn bread is baked in a pan from cast iron, in the northern ones they give it the form of Kex. In the Balkans, corn bread is often baked with the addition of wheat flour.
