Muesli
Müshley is a mixture of oat or rye flakes with dried fruits, sublimated fruits, nuts and various seeds. Sometimes other cereals are used for muesli. There is a more high -calorie variety of muesli, when cereals are mixed with honey and fruit juices and pre -baked. The word MURES - the tracing paper of the German Müsli, dating back to the word Mus - “porridge”, “puree”.
