Sausage of Mortadella
Mortadella - boiled pork sausage. Produced in Bologna. Contains pepper, garlic; MIRTA berries, nutmeg, pistachios, coriander, olives. Outside the city is called Bologna. Buff of beef, veal, and horses can be added to such a sausage. The origin of the word "Mortadella" is associated with Latin concepts "myrtle" and "chopped meat".
