Rice for pilaf
Rice for the drain - all those varieties of rice that are suitable for the preparation of the legendary eastern dish. Rice for pilaf can be medium-grain or elongated, white or light brown, but most importantly, it must maintain frustration and shape after heat treatment. In Russia, pilaf is loved to make basmati, jasmine and Indica, in Uzbekistan they respect the red variety of Devzir, and in Azerbaijan Iranian varieties of Sadri and Tarem (Tar) are used.
