Breads-crispy, brittle, light plates that are baked from rye or rye-pshenic yeast and nonsense dough, made of blown and compressed zoines of wheat, buckwheat, rice. The product is popular due to the high content of vitamins and dietary fibers, a pleasant taste. It is used in dietary and therapeutic nutrition. Breads are rectangular or rounded 6-10 mm thick.
