Sosysk is a meat semi -finished product that is made of boiled chopped meat or its substitutes with the addition of spices. In fact, the sausage is a variety of sausages: the Russian word “sausage” comes from the French saucisse - sausage, which in turn goes back to the Latin Salsicia and Sal - “salty”. But unlike sausages, sausages are nevertheless subjected to short heat treatment. The product has gained popularity in different parts of the world due to a pleasant taste, simplicity of cooking.
