Paste Taglutella
Pasta Talatelle (from the Italian verb Tagliare - “cut”) - a traditional Italian pasta. It belongs to the type of long pasta, but, unlike spaghetti with a round section and thin chapel, Taglutella is flat strips of dough. This type of pasta from the Emilia-Romania region with the capital in Bologna. There are only two ingredients in the paste - flour made of hard and chicken eggs.
