Adzhika
Adzhika (Abh. Aџyyk, cargo. აჯიკა) - acute vegetable seasoning made of red pepper, garlic, salt and spicy herbs. The word "Adzhika" comes from the Abkhazian version of the greeting "Bread-Sold". In the classic recipe there are no tomatoes, paprika, drain, apples, vinegar, horseradish, sugar or vegetable oil, nevertheless, you can find Adjika with all these ingredients on sale.
