Cut the mushrooms into slices, chicken into pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Chop the parsley and garlic. Melt the butter.
Knead all the ingredients for the dough into an elastic dough, wrap it in cling film and leave to cool.
Fry the meat in hot oil for 1-2 minutes. In a separate pan, fry the mushrooms until tender.
In a bowl, mix mushrooms, meat, grated cheese, parsley, garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, spread breadcrumbs on top, then spread the filling evenly. Brush the edges of the dough with vegetable oil and roll the strudel. Seal the seam and shape the ends.
Brush the roll with melted butter and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.
