Tender cutlets made from oat flakes

Cutlets made from oatmeal are very nutritious and satisfying, although there is not a drop of meat in them. People who observe fasting have long known this version of cutlets. They are well cooked on the inside and crispy on the outside. Outwardly, they cannot be distinguished from meat ones. If desired, you can add a bouillon cube, which will give the cutlets a meaty taste.
