Wash the radish and cucumber, dry and peel. Cut the radish and cucumber into very small cubes. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater.
Place chopped vegetables and herbs in a deep plate, add sour cream and soy sauce.
Mix thoroughly and season with pepper and salt as desired. Place the sauce in a gravy boat and serve immediately.
Add this sauce to vegetable shawarma, serve with grilled vegetables or with grilled meat.
