Cut the potatoes into round slices 4-5 mm thick. Mix with your favorite spices and vegetable oil, add salt and place in a mold or on a baking sheet in 2 layers.
Cut the pork into 1-1.5 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.
Next add sliced mushrooms and tomatoes.
Prepare a “hat” of chopped onion, grated cheese and mayonnaise. You can add a little water to make the mixture softer.
Place the dish in the oven at 180 °C without a “hat” for 20 minutes, then spread the mixture of onion, cheese and mayonnaise on top and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes. After turning it off, if the potatoes are damp, just keep the dish in the turned off oven.
Serve the meat with any side dish and vegetables.
