Prepare and measure all ingredients. Peel the onion. The recipe uses homemade minced meat (pork and beef), you can use any you prefer.
Peel and core the zucchini, rinse them in cold water, cut into rings.
Prepare the minced meat, peel the onion and grind it in a blender, mix with the minced meat, add spices to taste.
Dip the zucchini rings in flour, place them in a heated frying pan, spoon the minced meat inside the zucchini ring and press lightly. Fry until done.
Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs and chopped garlic. Add sour cream.
